90-Day Action-Based Performance Guarantee

The 90-Day Action-Based Performance Guarantee is available to approved partners who sign a partnership agreement. To qualify, a partner must complete the core training, attend live coaching, and complete the minimum daily outreach set out in the agreement during the 90 days from program start.

What you get

If the partner meets those requirements and has not placed at least one property under contract, WealthBuilder will refund 100% of the program fee paid and continue providing coaching at no additional cost until the partner contracts a deal.

What it measures

The guarantee measures contracted deals, not closed deals or earnings.
